A Guided Chakra Meditation to Heal the Heart Chakra from Alex Durham

This month, we partnered with meditation teacher Alex Durham to bring you a healing guided meditation to open + align your Heart Chakra.

Alex Durham was born and raised in England, where she attended catering college and began her love of food and nutrition. This allowed her to work and travel to countries including France and Italy. During her Public Relations career, Alex was exposed to a few inspirational yoga entrepreneurs and enjoyed the insight into whole body, mind and spiritual health that yoga offered. This inspired her to began her own journey, which developed into a daily practice and became the foundation leading to her life in California.

Alex left the stress of the fashion and PR industries behind and moved to California several years ago, where she studied at Yoga Works and completed her 500-Hour Certification in Meditation, Ayurveda, Anatomy, Philosophy, Pre-Natal Practice, Restorative Yoga, and all styles of Asana practice. Alex presently shares her experience and practice at Montage Laguna Beach.
