INTERESTED IN BECOMING A WHOLESALE PARTNER?

Orders must be submitted by email.
Minimum opening orders is $575.00. Minimum reorder is $200 USD during the COVID19 pandemic we have waived minimums until further notice.
All opening orders must be prepaid by credit card, company check, ACH/ECH electronic payment or wire transfer.
Upon receipt of your order, we will issue an M+M approved sales order with items that are immediately available.
Please notify us whether or not backorders are acceptable.

Payment forms for U.S. companies are by credit card, prepaid company check or ACH/ECH electronic payment. Authorization of funds will be run in advance of ship date, and credit card will be charged when the order is shipped.
Payment forms for all companies outside of the U.S. and its territories are prepaid in full via wire transfer or ACH/ECH electronic payment prior to shipment. We will provide a pro-forma invoice, including shipping and handling in advance.

Orders ship FOB Carlsbad, CA, USA.
Customer pays for shipping, which is billed on the invoice when shipped.
We ship UPS Ground in the U.S., with the exception of Hawaii, which we ship via USPS Priority Mail.
If another shipping method is preferred or if you prefer to charge shipping to your company account, please specify at the time of placing your order on your purchase order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to process and receive your order from date of final approval.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you have any issues with your shipment, please notify Customer Service at aura@malaandmantra.com with any claims within 5 days of receipt of merchandise, and we will issue a Mala and Mantra approved return authorization (RA) number.
