One of the most important components to a fulfilling and long-term mindfulness practice is community.  Although mindfulness is a personal practice it is also one which thrives with the support of a group of like-minded individuals.  The collective experiences of group members can help us deepen our understanding in many ways and contribute to fostering positive energy and accelerating personal growth through shared experiences.

To start off being  MINDFUL in MAY we would like to invite you to join a very special online community, The Mindful Living Collective, started by our friend, Dr. Elisha Goldstein, PhD, leading mindfulness educator and psychologist.   

Elisha Goldstein, PhD is one of the world's preeminent mindfulness teachers, a clinical psychologist, founder of the Mindful Living Collective, and creator of the new life-changing mentorship program, Uncover the Power Within. For the last 20 years as a psychologist and mindfulness educator, he has been at the forefront of integrating curriculum and training for Therapists, Educators, Business Professionals, active Military, Parents, and others in the art and science of mindful living. His books include Uncovering Happiness, The Now Effect, A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, and MBSR Everyday. In an increasingly fragmented society, he is working to bring people together so they may motivate and inspire one another in far-reaching ways.

I was fortunate to meet Elisha 3 years ago while attending a retreat at 1440 Multiversity where I attended one of his meditation classes.  Through the years we have stayed connected and he has supported me on my journey to develop my mindfulness practice.  I consider him a teacher, mentor and like-minded soul who shares my goal of making mindfulness accessible and empowering others through the practice.
