Enjoy this special 10 minute guided meditation by Elisha Goldstein, Ph. D, a psychologist, author, and speaker leading the next age of mindfulness. I selected this favorite meditation of Elisha’s for our MOCO Self-Care kit because I felt it would be a nurturing and nourishing meditation to help us all take a big much needed breath to become centered and be grateful for the present moment.
