Letting Go. . . A critical mindfulness practice

This past #mindfulmonday we focused on one of the 7 pillars  of mindfulness which is learning to let go.

Letting go is the essence to mindfulness meditation.  To learn how to  just ‘be’ in the present moment requires practice and patience with ourselves.

To let go of thoughts, feelings, and emotions is a practice which requires incorporating other important mindfulness principles such as self awareness, non-judgement, acceptance, patience and gratitude.  

Instead of letting go, try letting be, letting things just ‘be’ in the here and now without looking back at the past or towards the future.  May practicing the state of just BE-ing provide you with an overall greater sense of well BE-ing.
