My name is Raquelle Mantra and I invite you to join me in releasing any tension, worries, doubts, insecurities + disruptive energy so we can tune in to our inner strength.
Please take your time to get situated. Sit comfortably in an upright position on your heels or with your legs crossed. Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing up.
Recognize the space you are in—the space that is supporting you and keeping you safe. When you’re ready and comfortable, close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it at the top, then slowly exhale out through your mouth.
Soften your forehead.
Relax your eyebrows, your cheekbones.
Drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Relax your jaw.
Relax tension in your neck.
Drop your shoulders down.
Recognize any tension spots as you relax down and along your arms, cascading down your spine, your torso.
Calming and soothing your organs, your hips.
Soften any tension in your legs, your thighs, your calves, your feet.
Allow your body to relax in this safe space.
Recognize if there is any tension in your muscles. Release.
Again, deep breath in, expanding your lungs with air. Hold it at the top. Exhale all the air out. Allow your breath to deepen at your own pace.
With every inhale hold in at the top, then exhale all the air out and release any tension.
Draw your attention to your solar plexus chakra, which governs your sense of personal power. It’s located just above the navel. Getting connected with this chakra is empowering and a powerful way to recognize your self-worth. To remind you that you are worthy and capable of the best life.
Imagine standing at the tip top of a tall green mountain at the break of dawn. You see on the distant edge of the horizon the sun begin to rise. You greet the sun by raising your arms over your head, feeling good about the morning getting brighter.
You bask and breathe in the golden light from the sun, feeling ignited in the area of your solar plexus. As the energy from the sun cascades, you feel your power center radiate. Allow yourself to feel this power radiate within with every inhale. And with every exhale say to yourself, “I am empowered.”
Inhale, feel the power radiate within.
Exhale, “I am empowered.”
A few more rounds on your own.
Now observe how the sun has made your day brighter and more beautiful. You’re ready to seize this day.
Take a deep inhale, embracing this day. Hold it at the top. Exhale and allow yourself to slowly come back into your space. Raise your arms up and over your head, getting a good stretch like you’re just waking up for the day.
When you’re ready, open your eyes. Allow whatever empowering sensations you are feeling resonate within you.
