As a mala bead brand, mindfulness and meditation are at the core of everything we do at Mala and Mantra. But we wanted to start the year on an especially mindful note in 2018, with a bunch of new mindfulness-focused products and features that we’re excited to share with you this month.
Up first: our brand new #bemindful Collection! As part of our Crafted for a Cause program—which gives back to causes and organizations that are close to our heart—we teamed up with The Center for Mindfulness at UC San Diego Health to create a capsule collection of pieces designed to help you live a more mindful life. Made with sustainable blackwood and robles wood beads, as well as a trio of semi-precious gemstones—angelite to increase awareness, tiger’s eye to focus the mind and prehnite to ease meditation—the #bemindful Collection is designed to help you stay aware and grounded in the present moment. Even better, for every piece sold from the collection, we’ll donate $5 to The Center for Mindfulness to support mindfulness research and community outreach. We’re also incredibly excited to introduce a product that we’ve been working on for quite some time now—and one that’s a first for Mala and Mantra: Mindful Meditation Kits! These kits are sort of like Meditation 101 in a box, and come with everything you need to get started with your meditation practice. Each beautifully packaged box includes a 108-bead mala necklace, an essential oil scented candle from Pure Plant Home, Frankincense essential oil from Body Bliss, an assorted crystal, a mini-Buddha incense holder and access to an online guided meditation from our Mindful Meditation Master, Micole Noble. Speaking of meditation, we’ve also introduced a few new pieces of content to help deepen your meditation practice and teach you all about mindfulness + meditation.
